I was inspired by the fields my family members and parents used to work when we first got here to Colorado (I still drive by those fields in Fort Lupton and Brighton) and inspired by the downtown setting of 密歇根州立大学丹佛. CAMP really helped me out through college by providing a safe space for me to study and socialize with people of similar backgrounds as me. It gave me opportunities to learn more about different subjects through workshops, trips, etc.. CAMP also made sure I stayed on track with my credits and requirements for my major and minor even after my first year which was something they went above and beyond with.
